First, let me thank you for your interest in my fine art
photography.
Ordering prints on-line is simple and secure using Google Checkout.
Three easy steps is all it takes to order your print today.
1. Select the mat/image size you wish. Sizes may not be exactly
as listed as the aspect ratio of the image may vary from photograph to
photograph. The longest dimension is generally applicable to the size
you order. The other remaining dimension may be slightly larger or
smaller, depending on whether the image is square or panoramic. The
image size will be shown at Google checkout. It is best to select the
mat size that best fits your intended display area.
2. Select the frame size and glass type. The glass is available
in anti-ultraviolet light or anti-UV plus anti-glare. Anti-glare is a
nice option if you have a brightly lit room with windows or numerous lights.
Each glass will protect your fine art print for many years.

3. For Google orders, please send me an email with the title of the print you just ordered.
I can then match up the order with the print you desire.

4. If you are a newsletter subscriber and have a
discount code, simply input the code at Google Checkout to
receive your discount. It's that easy.
After I receive your order via email, you will receive an
electronic receipt generated from Quicken On-Line for your records.
This receipt will be emailed to the address provided in Google checkout or
the email address in your message to me confirming the print title.
Your artwork always comes with the Jeff Ball Guarantee.
If you are not delighted with your artwork, simply return the artwork with
no questions asked.

What a BEAUTIFUL image! and presented with such
excellence! It was a huge success. Our family had dinner at an old-school
Italian restaurant . It was a quiet evening and we had the place to
ourselves except for a few other tables. I brought the picture out at the
end, unwrapping the entire package in the middle of the room, and it got
cheers from everyone (including the waitstaff!).

FAQs
1. What mat do you use?
I only use archival mats for your long-term enjoyment of the artwork.
Mats are usually Crescent Select or Rag and are egg-shell in color.
You can always request a specific color mat in your email to me or by
phoning the toll free number.
2. What frames do you use? The
web image is an approximate representation of the framed image. I
attempt to match the image with an appropriate frame by working with the
professionals at Mayne Framing in Huntington. You can always request a
specific frame type in your email to me as well. Frames typically are
"standard museum pine', light or dark metal, and light or dark wood.
3. How do you ship the prints?
Prints are fully insured and shipped with UPS. Matted and framed
prints are packaged by the professionals at UPS and the delivery method is
selected based on the destinations proximity to my location and based on the
recommendations by the staff at UPS. You will be emailed the tracking
numbers as soon as the print ships. Alternative shipping methods may
be utilized for shipments outside of the U.S.
